This gorgous family happens to live right next door to us. When we moved in Jess was pregnant with Adi so, it has been such a joy to watch baby Adi grow and become such a beautful little girl.
Todd and Jess, thank you for being such wonderful friends to us. Your loving hearts shine through your smiles in these photos. I hope that you enjoy them.
Adi is "so hot right now" in her skinny jeans.
If you are in the market for some rad one of a kind journals, go to Etsy and check out Marigold Journals
They are amazingly beautiful handmade journals made from vintage books. I think that they would make perfect Christmas gifts.
Katie & Andrew got hitched!
This wedding was in one of the most beautiful locations that I have ever seen, Skelly Lodge in Catoosa. The leaves on the trees were the perfect picture of fall and the weather was warm and sunny. Katie & Andrew, we were so honored to be able to photograph your beautiful wedding and we wish you such happiness in your marriage. I hope that you get a chance to hop on a computer to see these while you are enjoying your honeymoon in Europe.
Katie's something blue.
It looks as if these little men are in a serious discussion about their shoes.
Katie has the most stunning eyes.
Last moments as a Miss.
Just a little hug during the ceremony. How cute!
The rad guest book.......Hey, who took those photos?
The decor of this wedding was my favorite. Everyone who knows me can tell you that I LOVE this shade of green! (Can you tell by our logo?)
There was such attention to detail and I don't know how in the world she did it but Katie made all of these gorgeous oragami birds. They were everywhere!
This was the first time I have ever seen a fork used in a cake cutting. The crowd was begging Andrew to be mean but.....well see for yourself.
I think that this photo is so sweet. My favorite part of my job is witnessing the beauty in relationships. This image just says it all....."My baby girl is all grown up and married. Such pride and joy mixed with the sadness of letting her go."
There were ladybugs everywhere! I mean EVERYWHERE! I have never seen anything like it.
I know that there are a lot of you anxiously waiting to see the photos from Andrew & Katie's wedding this weekend. I promise I will get them up this week for you to see but here is one just to wet your appetite.
When we brought Keegan home from the hospital we were very curious as to how our dog Jezzi would react. She has been our only baby for 2 years. Well, we were pleasantly surprised at how much Jezzi loves Keegs.
One of the first times that he cried at home Jezzi came up and licked his foot and just layed her head right by him as if she was genuinely concerned about why he was crying. I must say, it was stinking cute.
Now anytime we go anywhere with the baby and come back home, Jezzi is the first to welcome him back with a kiss on the cheek.
Yet again I got to photograph another amazing baby boy. Meet the Rainwater family: Drew, Lindsey and their 4 month old Cade. I was so excited to do this downtown family session because it had been a while since I did my last family downtown. When they got out of the car I knew we had picked the perfect spot for them with their designer jeans and rad shoes.
Thanks guys for being patient with Cade and I for this session when he seemed to want nothing more than to Not get his picture taken. After looking through all the images, I must say we ended up with some great shots of your beautiful family. I hope you enjoy them!
Look at these two hotties. No wonder their baby is so cute!
And of course the shoes. I think they tell so much about a person.
If this face doesn't melt your heart....well then I don't know what will.
Cade found his shirt to be quite tasty.
At last! A nuk and a daddy snuggle!
So sorry that I didn't get to post this morning. Keegan has had a rough day. :(
But I had a fabulous night last night at the Carrie Underwood concert. My hubby bought me tickets for my birthday gift and I had been counting down the days ever since. She was amazing and it was sooooo nice to go on a date with my main squeeze.
This is a photo from another time she performed. Wish I could take the credit for it but I cannot.
Lea and Brian will be getting married this coming summer and we are so excited to shoot their wedding. They are just one of those couples that from the second you meet them you feel like you've always been friends with them. They are warm, genuine and hopelessly in love with one another.
Lea and Brian thanks so much for asking us to capture this special time in your lives. And thank you for braving the 50 degree weather in your short sleeves for this shoot. ;)
I will start out this post where it all started for Lea & Brian. Their first date was at Brookside By Day. I don't know why but I think that there is something so sweet about a breakfast date.
Lea has the most amazing eyes. I can't wait to see her as a bride!
So, if I didn't change my mind every 30 seconds about what I like and dislike I would definitely have a tatoo on my foot. I guess I will have to live vicariously through Lea on this one.
