mckaila+heston {engagement}
Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 7:01AM I love it, love it, love it when I get to explore a new place for a photo shoot. McKaila and Heston wanted to do their engagement session in their little town of Talequah. It was my first time to visit there and I instantly fell in love with this place.
We started downtown and then drove around to some of their favorite spots. These next few photos show where I desperately want to go camping.

Then we began a treacherous hike up this beautiful wooded hill and stopped for a few photos along the way.
Alas, we made it to the top of McKaila and Heston's "spot". This was the exact place where Heston asked McKaila to spend the rest of her life with him. Isn't that romantic?

I looooooooove Tahlequah. Part setting in Where the Red Fern Grows. They are having the Red Fern Festival this weekend. An absolute must read book and must do event. Next time you're there you need to eat at Sam and Ella's. A wonderful pizza place! I'm salivating now...
