happy birthday mom!
Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 10:22AM Today I want to take a moment and just thank my mother for investing so much of her life into me. It is crazy after you have children of your own, how much you appreciate your own mother. When I had Keegan, I realized for the first time just how much my mom loved me. It brought me to tears. I am the woman that I am today because of the love of this gentle, loving, humble, and encouraging woman. She always believed in me and all of my crazy dreams. As it turns out, the belief and encouragement of a mother makes dreams come true. Thanks Mom! I love you so much and wish you the best birthday possible.

What a tribute you just gave me Shannon. I am astonished that I have impacted your life so much. I guess I didn't realise just how much you loved me. The words you used to describe me, well all I can say is that I had no idea that you see me that way. I am so proud of you - as a young woman, wife, and now mother.
