i love fall

Autumn is by far my favorite season. I love everything about it....the colors, the leaves, the smell in the air, the drop in temperature, the food, my birthday, the fact that I can wear boots and a coat and the list just goes on and on but I will spare you and stop there.

I had some family sessions this evening and while I was waiting for my clients to arrive, my soul was filled with peace. Just taking in my surroundings and breathing in the cool crisp air made me breathe deeper. I kicked around the leaves a bit and it just felt good to be alive.

We watch a lot of Nick Jr. around here (formerly Noggin)... The cartoonish host, Moose A. Moose, sings songs about each season as they come. Right now I'm lovin' his song "Oh I feel like I'm fallin' for fall!...", which I sing more than should be aloud by an adult.
I'm with you, Shan, Fall is such an amazing time of year. There's just something about it, ya know? Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy! :)
