katie+mitch {the wedding}

At last, our final 2009 wedding! We wrapped up our weddings this year with the beautiful wedding of Mitch and Katie Harney. It was a perfect chilly but sunny November day full of L-O-V-E! I have had so much fun getting to know these two and I was so honored that they chose us to shoot their very special day.

This may be one of my all time favorite first look series of photos. Look at Mitch's reaction to seeing his glowing bride! Priceless!

We snuck outside of the church to catch that last bit of natural light for some shots.

Katie and Mitch are perfect for one another. They really are. As the day went on I just kept noticing how well they complimented one another and how deeply they loved one another. Life will be full of so much joy for them.

A favorite..

Doesn't Katie have the most amazing eyes?

I absolutely loved Katie's hair.

What a stunning bride!

This shot brings tears to my eyes. Katie's bouquet had a photo of her brother that passed away on it. That way she could have him with her all day long.

As Katie was walking down the aisle I wiped away my tears to get this shot as I thought of her brother smiling down on her in this moment.

A little party trolley action!

This group knew how to partaayy! I have never been to a wedding where there were so many people on the dance floor the entire night.

Katie makes some amazing dancing faces. ;)

One of their friends even got up and sang!

Congratulations guys! I am so happy for the two of you. I hope that you enjoy your first holiday season as husband and wifey!
